Technology Entrepreneur & Cybersecurity Executive

Anthony Reyes

Anthony Reyes is an American technology entrepreneur, cybersecurity executive, and growth strategist who, having built his career as a legally blind founder, is the Chief Executive Officer of Ikigai One, Ikigai Flow, and Zen PSA.

He works on two halves of the same problem: cyber defense and managed SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance for small and mid-sized businesses at Ikigai One, and algorithmic search and conversion architecture at Ikigai Flow. The work runs out of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, for clients ranging from local operators to the Fortune 100.

As Seen On:

Corporate Ventures & Operating Companies

The Symbiosis of Cyber Defense and Business Growth

A growing company gets attacked and audited at the same time it is trying to sell. Ikigai One is the shield: compliance architecture and incident response that survive a regulator's questions. Ikigai Flow is the engine: search and conversion systems that bring in the revenue worth defending. One operator runs both because the two failure modes are the same failure mode.

Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance

Ikigai One

Enterprise-grade cybersecurity, managed SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance architecture, and incident response, delivered to small and mid-sized businesses and Fortune 500 corporations on the same standard.

Algorithmic SEO & Conversion Architecture

Ikigai Flow

Bottom-of-funnel search optimization and conversion rate architecture built from algorithmic search modeling and patent data analysis, rather than from keyword volume and hope.

Background & Resilience

From Adaptive Systems to Enterprise Infrastructure

1996

Roots and adaptability

Born in San Antonio, Texas. Legally blind from birth, he learned computing through screen readers, magnification, and whatever adaptive tooling existed at the time, which made systems thinking a daily requirement rather than a professional interest.

2009

First venture at thirteen

Started the venture that became Blind Gaming LLC in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, incorporated in 2012 and named in reference to his own visual impairment. Hosted game servers, ran the network infrastructure, and built the first websites for local businesses.

2016–2019

The agency and security evolution

Local IT support grew into technical web development and conversion work. Subcontracting into enterprise IT exposed how much of the sector's security posture depended on nobody looking too closely at it.

2022–Present

The dual-company mandate

Bootstrapped Ikigai One in 2022 and Ikigai Flow in 2024, then Zen PSA in 2026. Defends Fortune 100 and mid-market organizations, directs incident response alongside government agencies, and builds algorithmic search models.

Independent Projects & Personal Pursuits

Beyond the terminal

The work is not the whole record. Three things he does on purpose, none of which are a company.

Algorithmic Frameworks & Operational Systems

The methods behind the two companies, named so they can be cited and argued with. Each one is a repeatable sequence rather than a philosophy.

The SMB Cyber-Resilience Matrix

Treats SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance as a sales instrument instead of a cost center, by mapping every control to the enterprise deal it unblocks.

The BoFu Algorithmic Search Model

Mathematical intent modeling that isolates transactional demand and captures it inside ninety days, rather than chasing volume that never converts.

The 70/30 Local Conversion Architecture

Seventy percent standardized conversion scaffolding, thirty percent hyper-local proof, so multi-location sites scale without every page reading like a template.

Proven Performance

Uncompromised Defense & Measurable Growth

The $500,000 performance guarantee

Ikigai One backs fully managed security clients with a financial warranty. The number exists to move risk onto the party actually making the security decisions, which changes how those decisions get made.

Regulatory defense profiles

Anonymized engagement breakdowns across HIPAA-covered healthcare systems, Fortune 100 financial technology, and B2B SaaS companies scaling into their first enterprise contracts. Client names stay under NDA. The architecture does not have to.

Incident response leadership

Breach triage and recovery work conducted alongside law enforcement and regulatory bodies, including engagements where stolen funds were returned to the client.

Community Impact

Accessibility Advocacy & Community Defense

Writing & Insights

Contrarian Perspectives on Security, Search & Leadership

Cybersecurity

Compliance is a sales instrument, not a cost center

Most SOC 2 programs are run as an expense to be minimized, which is why they never close a deal.

Search science

Answer engines do not reward the content SEO taught you to write

Retrieval and synthesis select for different properties than a ranked list of ten blue links ever did.

Leadership

Adaptive engineering: what building blind teaches about resilient systems

Designing for your own constrained input turns out to be a general-purpose method for building things that hold.
